Two places that are important to my role as Associate Chaplain: Metropolitan Memorial United Methodist Church and Kay Spiritual Life Center. Each is involved in creating a community a faith for the students at American University.
For the next two years I will work with the students who participate in the American University United Methodist-Protestant Community. This is a fantastic opportunity and I expect to learn a lot. I am also looking forward to living in DC.
The difficult thing about beginnings as somebody once said is that "there is no beginning without an ending." On the other hand, the nice thing about endings is that as somebody once said, "there is no ending without a beginning."
